Tennis instruction in the US runs from a certified teaching pro giving private lessons on a park court to full academies with fitness staff, boarding and tournament travel. Private lessons are priced per hour, semi-private and group clinics cost less per player, and most clubs run junior programs after school and adult drills in the evening. The USTA organizes the national rating (NTRP) and the adult and junior leagues most players join; the USPTA and PTR certify coaches. Summer camps take kids by the week or the day and usually include lunch and match play. Stadiums and event venues host college matches, USTA sanctioned tournaments and the occasional exhibition, with free or low-cost admission for most of them.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Bethlehem is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My grandaughter came home and told me she didn't want to go back. She had an experience with a predator that had worked there and apparently so did many of her friends in the area and all heard of or had the same issue. Not sure if he's still there but will not be sending her back for a bit.

I believe the boys and Girls club of Bethlehem should be given a 5star rating the hand full of staff there go above and beyond for the children and are over worked. When all the Big Companies like Bethlehem Steel ECT.. left the area or just went out of business so did all the Big Money Backers. Staff shovels snow, cuts grass takes the kids to and from the pool. They are very dedicated men and women and so are the many who still donate time, money and items. Thank You

Terrible place do not recommend as a supplementary learning center. Overall the policy of membership is flawed. Full membership is forced on participants for day passes. When better examines the staff seems underdetermine, unprepared, and unmotivated to keep up with the children. Their assumed “knowledge” kids makes most of the staff predisposed to some prejudice of new members; which in turn skews treatment of new participants. When looking for an extracurricular center of learning and recreation, I would recommend that you completely disregard the boys and girls club of Bethlehem.
